H-Buurt 2025 Christmas Sing Along

The Christmas Sing-Along 2025 is a joyful and inclusive community event to be held in December 2025 in the H-neighbourhood of Bijlmer Centrum (Amsterdam Zuidoost). The initiative aims to bring together residents from diverse cultural and age backgrounds to celebrate the festive season through music, singing, and shared togetherness.
The event will strengthen social connections, promote participation, and combat loneliness— especially among elderly people, migrants, and low-income families.

Objectives

- Promote social cohesion through community celebration.
- Reduce loneliness and social isolation during the festive season.
- Encourage active participation of local choirs, musicians, and residents.
- Foster intercultural understanding through shared activities.
